I’m drowning in tampons! How to I reduce the frequency of my orders?

Head to your account and suspend your order for the time being OR email hello@giftboxorganic.com and to delay your next batch. 

I’m drowning in period! How do I increase the amount of tampons I get?

Head to your account and click Subscriptions > View > Change Subscription – then choose a subscription that suits your flow.

I don’t use tampons myself, but can I still donate some to homeless women?

Absolutely! You can subscribe to donate tampons to a woman every month, or help a sister with a 6 month or 12 month supply.

I’m heading on vacay. How do I suspend my account while I’m away?

Head to your account and click Subscriptions > View > Suspend – when you get back just login again to reactivate.

How do I update my payment details?

Head to your account and click Subscriptions > View > Change Payment

How do I update my address?

Head to your account and click Subscriptions > View > Change Address

How long will it take for my tampons to arrive?

To save you on postage, we use regular mail. Orders usually arrive within 5 working days – however Australia Post have been known to take a little longer during peak times or in outer-metro areas.
